English at the university

Well, firstat all, I would like to say that my experience with the English of my university has been very different from English that I had. Here everybody has to study by his side, I think it depends of each one if you want to learn or not, it is not like English at school who usually one came to the classroom and the teacher started writing boring exercises on the board or to write us thousands and thousands of things that were mostly irrelevant (at least it was my experience) In contrast, the English in this faculty has been new to me because it was not just exercises and books, but at least I feel like a feedback from the teacher or I think there is more communication, especially at level 4, because as we have noticed is talking in English and practical exercises to help us in our life. By contrast the English in school was more theoretical and not very applicable in different situations; now I'm not saying it was wrong to hand gave me the foundation but lacked the more practical issues, which and learned to develop in the English faculty.

For talking about my experience in college English let me to say I started last year in the pre-intermediate level. I remember that the English time I encountered the physical conditioning and most of the time was late (about 15 minutes later), but fortunately was not the only and made a lot of the time, luckily the teacher understood the situation and let us come later =). But I must say I was very forgetful at that time and always forgot the book in English and the guide XD. Luckily there was always peers who shared with me =).,

I remember passing successfully achieved this level of English with a 52 and was all very magical because that day also pass chemistry and zoology.After this course let me to say that many students wanted to take English again had no classes because the university did not have much time to this subject, but this year thanks to Simon I came back to take interest in English and he convinced me to take this course and I did the same with Daniela Alvarez and she did everything to Daniel ..... XD as a string.

Well I must say that I have not regretted taking this course on the contrary, I've been pretty good and although I have learned not notice (though clearly not talk much in class, does not mean you do not know but I get a little nervous)

Finally in conclusion, I must say that my experience learning English in the university has been very helpful and somewhat entertaining, it was a new way to see and learn English. At the beginning I started quite well, over time I learned and clearly ..... I am still improving the English myself but little can =)... and well, this course was much better than I imagined and I'm not sorry at all for having taken it, however now I think I should have taken the last semester.
Now I just hope I can pass it successfully, and eventually passed ........ and who knows, maybe in the future taking more elective in English =)

CHALLENGES IN YOUR DISCIPLINE

I think the most important challenges of our careers are technology and investigation,

For example I think that we will require more technology in the surgery and treatments for different animals such as horses I think that is better equipment and techniques is required for the treatment certain pathologies in them because they usually are sufferint of their members and in most of the cases there is no adecquate treatment to fix them. I think in this area is very underdeveloped

On the other hand in terms of research, I think they should make better and more studies on certain drugs for various animals, usually there are not studies for all species and in the most of the cases as medicals we have to be as "experimenting" with drugs to animals that do not know the effect of the drug.

I think that these two areas have more challenges like Veterinary Medicine for now and we have a long way in these aspects.

Now I think that the challenges what more affect me are the changes in the thecnology because I am not good with that stuff.....XD

In the most of the cases I dont understand how do work the artefacts, software or any kind of instrumental where the thechnology is involved in their utilization.

Although the instruments have instructions, its very hard for me the understanding and end up explaining things with apples and pears.XD

I think the solution will be to hire someone to explain me the things always jajajajaja ........ ..... I think a lot of money wil be expended in this matter .

But I am totally able for learning if that means a step towards in better treatments for our pets =)

Chinese zoo has been closed

Shenyang zoo has been closed after the deaths of 11 Siberian tigers and allegations of supplying the illegal tiger-bone trade. inve

The article is interesting because de chinese authorities are carrying out a investigatio due to the deaths of 11 Siberian tigers.
The tigers are supplying chicken and duck as a part of their nutrition and it is not good. the tigers have lost weigth;.another reason is use the tigers for circus and show what are causing relevant problems.as third reason, some people is using parts of tiger for the preparation of homeopatic treatment or traditional medicine.the people in charge of the zoo is saying they have not resources enought for keeping a healthy live for the tigers, neither they have veterinary treatment available.the good thing is the authorities are very worried for resolving the problem and rescue the animals of this kind of zoo.they said that its necessary to have land, meal and veterinarian treatment enougth for keeping the animals.

China is a country in developing, and its very nice to see the care of the animals as a part of the country and preserve the tigers what they are in danger.this mentality should be applied in other countries because the animals are a very important thing in the world.

We want to preserve the animals for future generations and the violence is not allowed lets do a better world we want to have animals for our children and the zoo must be an educational area and not a jail or torture area for the animals. we need to improve and educate to the future generations, it is our tiny sand as a contribution..

I think this new is very interesting and as I want to be an specialist in cats or wild cats, this new immediately called my attention....I hope you find it as interesting as me found.

IMPROVING YOUR FACULTY FACILITIES

The current situation of our Faculty could be better. There are many situations, such as stuffs, classrooms and spaces inside of the faculty of veterinary what need fix them.

Actually, we have places for doing classes and for having recreation what are usefull in general, but always we think " Could be better" or "Need this, need that".

For example, the classroom needs to change the windows because they are not opening or the most at least, the air conditioner needs fix it as well (the termostat never is working).

Whit respectto the recreation places, the "Cuchitril" needs be cleaned....the sofas are with mud for guilty of the dogs, the floor is discusting always it has dusty and trash. the same situation for lockers area.

The Pergola area is in general OK but needs to improve the lighting, specially for nigth partys 1313 =)........Also, we need a parking place, .the parking that we have is used by the teachers or employees but not for the students.

I would like a better place for lunch... the cafeteria that we have it is small and always it is full and thats why we have lunch on the grass, I dont care on this but that not means that it is okey.

In this moment these are the stuffs that come to my mind.

Now the first thing that I do would be fix the casino area, I think it is the issue more urgent than the others. In second place, the Cuchitril must be cleaned and the lockers as well.... resolving these two issues I would be happy. The remaining issues could be resolved in the future.

My suggestion for resolving the casino issue would be building a new space for lunc regarding the cleaning is more easy, only we need buy implements for cleaning and assign people for doing the job..

I think that the real benefit would be a cleaner and nicer faculty.... this means better image of the University and the students for visitors and everybody who visit the Faculty.

Maintaining this two important things should be easy and should not have more inconveniences.

In summary this faculty needs a little more attention and care, monetary resources are needed but the people who manages, works or studies in the Faculty should do the change. it depends of all of us.

My Favourite movie

My favourite movies are the movies the genre COMEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!=).....I like laugthing....and this kind of movies I think are very good.
But my favourite movie isTHE WEDDING CRASHERS!!!!!!!!......
The plot of this movie it is about two single men ( Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn) that they go to wedding without invitation.....they go to many many many buy many weddings, and they know single women and they slept with them.....and that kind of stuff and of course a lot of stupid things.
But one day, one of them ( Owen Wilson) he fall in love that one of them ( Rachal Mac Adamms)....and happen many funny stuff around this situation...in special with Vince Vaughn who dont like this relation ship.
I have to say this movie is very funny, always that I watch I laugth of the same situation.....my friends always said me "Again that movie??? ¬¬"....but I cant not avoid to see it....it is the best comedy of the all time XD!!!!!!!!!.......
The last that I watched was the last week....but I know that this weekendi it will be transmitted again in the Warnner Channel....
So I hope you can see.....I recommended so much...If you like the comedy this movie would be like so much.....(I am not overreacting =) )...

My favourite animal......=)

CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the cats, they are beutiful and cute....the most of people thinking what the cats are kindless and untrust...........but I think the opposite at all ....

In my experience.....the cats are worm, kind, cute and a perfect pets; I do not discuss that the cats are more independently as the dogs or any pets....but this particular thing of them that I love so much on them.

In my case I have 3 cats in my home ( 2 female and 1 male)... their names are Almendra, Agustina and Iker respectively...

Almendra is only mine... she is white with black spots, she is so cute and very worm with me, always waiting my return to home from Santiago, and she is very happy when I came back at Valparaiso.....when I was out with my friends or any other activity out.. she is awaiting for me in the window and she does not move from there. Also she slept with me in my bed all nigths...... I love her so much.

Agustina is very similiar in some aspects of Almendra.... but she is smaller....she is very kind and always, always but ALWAYS is looking love from us ( my mom and me), we love her.
She got to our life in a singular incident, she was in our car ( under the car's motor), she travelled with us for all the Highway, Valparaiso and many many streets; when we were returned to our home we suddently listened a MIAUUU!!!!, the car was stopped by my mom and we looked under the car's engine and SHE WAS IT!!!!.....It was a surprise to us..... and then at our home this cat was feeded and cleaned and nobody can move her again of our home, she is a part of our family now.

In the case of Iker, it was a little different, he always came to eat to our home and one day my mom decided castrated (because Agustina was not sterilized) and from that moment Iker is our pet...in fact he is the favourite cat of my mom....she loves him so much....and he sleeps with her..... always always but really always my mom hug them .....that makes happy my mom.

So for that reason I am thinking the cats are adorable pets and a excelent patners for living.

Never I thought the opposite and My friend Neka thinks the same thing =).....we are CATS LOVERS!!!!! jajaajajjajajajajajjajajajjaa.....she has 3 cats too ( Chuky, Blanquita and Conchita) however her cats are not a good reputations for the cats XD....jajajajajajja.

But in general they are the perfect pet.....I do not tell the dogs or other animals are not a good pet only I say what the cats are adorable animals and they could be a confortable partners....

Santiago favorite places

There are many places in Santiago to visite....there are a lot of places very beautiful here....like Santa Lucia, the Bustamante Park or "La Moneda"....

I have visited a few places of Santiago like San Cristobal hill, Santa Lucia, Bustamante park and "La Moneda for example....

In the San cristobal hill I was to the Zoo....it was very funny...I was with a few friends of mine (Neka, Daniel, Cami and Pokemon XD)....we walked all the day in that place...we saw many animals it was really fun...in other occasion I climbed this hill....it was very hard XD...

Also Iwas in other places with Cami and Ed....like the street Macguiber....in this street we visited optic stores...jajajaja....we did funny and many stupid stuff XD.

My top 5 places are San Cristobal hill, Santa lucia, Florida center, Bustamante park and Bellavista 1313 jajajajajaja

I love these places because I had a great time, every time I've been there I really enjoyed it because I went with my friends and we have always a good time.

For example in Florida center there are many shops for seeing and many places to eat :P.... every time we eat too much XD jajajajaaja.....the last time I went with 2 friends and we eat pizza :P......

In Bustamante park....I played in the games for kids...jajajaja....I remember what one time I was playing and I fell down XD...jajajaja the strike was very hard...however we enjoyed.

Now in Santa Lucia I went with my friend Cami and Ed.....in Facebook there are pictures of the place...we climbed the hill and we buy a few stuff like a gift to a "friend" of Ed....jajajajaja

This kind of stuffs make these places be my favorite ones in Santiago but I know there are many places for knowing but there will be time for that.
