CHALLENGES IN YOUR DISCIPLINE

I think the most important challenges of our careers are technology and investigation,

For example I think that we will require more technology in the surgery and treatments for different animals such as horses I think that is better equipment and techniques is required for the treatment certain pathologies in them because they usually are sufferint of their members and in most of the cases there is no adecquate treatment to fix them. I think in this area is very underdeveloped

On the other hand in terms of research, I think they should make better and more studies on certain drugs for various animals, usually there are not studies for all species and in the most of the cases as medicals we have to be as "experimenting" with drugs to animals that do not know the effect of the drug.

I think that these two areas have more challenges like Veterinary Medicine for now and we have a long way in these aspects.

Now I think that the challenges what more affect me are the changes in the thecnology because I am not good with that stuff.....XD

In the most of the cases I dont understand how do work the artefacts, software or any kind of instrumental where the thechnology is involved in their utilization.

Although the instruments have instructions, its very hard for me the understanding and end up explaining things with apples and pears.XD

I think the solution will be to hire someone to explain me the things always jajajajaja ........ ..... I think a lot of money wil be expended in this matter .

But I am totally able for learning if that means a step towards in better treatments for our pets =)
